I want to thank you for doing a wide variety of music and introducing me to something new and different. I love how much you love music and that you are willing to try so many different things. Music unites and it's universal!

JG and Rocío had incredibly distinctive styles. They were incredibly influential to several generations. Juan Gabriel had and still had tons of imitators but Rocio has very few because it's very difficult to replicate her voice. Natalia Jimenez is the closest to that sound and she has stated how much of an influence Durcal was for her but she lacks her sophistication. Durcal could reach very high notes but never sounded shouty. She was very intense but soft at the same time. That's why JG wrote so many songs for her. He said she conveyed what art must be. Could you react to her movie songs in her teens? Like "Volver a verte", "Acompaname", "Mas bonita que ninguna".

The most underrated band of all time is Fishbone! Period. I recommend the band Fishbone. Their three best songs are probably Servitude, Sunless Saturday, and Fight the Youth. Fishbone for the win! Funk Metal at its best.
