Can Dancers Be Better Than Fighters for Choreographed Scenes?

When we're coordinating fight scenes and the right people aren't available, I sometimes hire dancers and adapt their movements. This works better than just getting an MMA fighter or boxer because choreography is a different skill. It's not just about martial arts or street fighting; it's an art that requires learning how to take hits and make the action look realistic.
