UU Otsus Papua Tahap I, dgn Waktu Pelaksanaannya 20 Tahun, 2021 - 2020 ( 20 Tahun ) Bukanlah Waktu yg Singkat..... dalam Rentang Waktu yg panjang itu, Banyak OAP yg Tetap Miskin, dan Banyak pulau yg Meninggal Dunia, tanpa Merasakan Sepeserpun dari Dana Otsus tsb......... Bahkan Data Pusat Statistik Nasional terbaru 2023, Papua dan Papua Barat masih tetap bertengger di Rangking I Kemiskinan di Indonesia....... Apakah Kemiskinan Absolud yg di alami oleh OAP adalah bentuk Rekayasa Negara, secara terstruktur dan Masif terhadap program Genosida Negara terhadap Populasi OAP diatas Tanah Leluhurnya ???????.....Kini Pemerintah Indonesia Menawarkan UU Otsus Jilid II, dgn waktu Pelaksanaannya 20 Tahun lagi..... lantas kalau UU Otsus Tahap II, mengalami Nasib yg Sama Spt UU Otsus tahap I, Berarti OAP akan Punah krn Secara Perlahan dlm Rentang Waktu 40 tahun Penerapan UU Otsus tahap I dan II...... dlm Kondisi yg Urgen dan Membahayakan Kelangsungan Hidup OAP bukan Jamannya lagi kita Harus Beretorika.... Berbicara Banyak... Koar2 tanpa Hasil.... Tanpa langka2 nyata utk menyelamatkan OAP dari Kepunahan Akibat Kemiskinan Absolud yg terstruktur dan masif ini...!! .... UU Otsus Papua 2001 - 2020, telah Gagal Total... krn Data Statistik Nasional 2023, Menyatakan Bahwa Provinsi Papua & Papua Barat tetap Rangking I termiskin di Indomienesia.... lantas apa yg perlu di banggakan dari Kebijakan UU Otsus Jilid II krn 99,9 Persen OAP sdh Menyatakan, Bahwa OAP tdk Punya Masa depan dlm Indonesia.... dan mereka ingin menyelamatkan diri mereka melalui jalan Penentuan Nasib Sendiri .....

    Dana otsus masuk lewat rekening,pemerintah,di jadikan APBD,makanya semua yang kendalikan Dana otsus pada Pemerintah dimna yg duduki orangx non papua.
    rakyat tetap miskin apapun uang senilai besar itu.
