We are going to have so much fun with this Up and Down Follow Along Activity for Kids. During this Fun Movement Break we are going to work on our Up and Down Direction Skills. We are going to practice moving our hands up and down, looking at pictures to see which items are up and which items are down, and of course take a few dance breaks! Enjoy!
