Except if you're being honest there's way too much text on cards to read each one of them, so if you're against a deck you don't know you just have to vibe it out
There's a reason "yugioh players don't read" is a meme. I'm not reading half a novel just to know what your backrow does

Too much text?
I won't deny there's a lot but you have 300 seconds and you can just skim through effects. I make sure I read through every card on the board and in the gy as quick as possible.
It's pretty stupid to play cards without having an idea of what your opponents board actually does.
