Whats the deal with no sound?

Never mind..... Someone didnt set up the sound channels properly in the editor. Guys, its important not to set mono on one of the channels that some 5.1 surrounds use as a rear center. I had to plug in headphones to hear it. In over a decade of youtube, IT engineering for TechNation, and 2 bachelors degrees in art and media fields, I have never encountered this. :/ How does that get messed up? I mean even the default settings in programs like Adobe Premiere, or hell, even an cell phone raw vid upload, have it set specifically to work with as many audio systems as possible.
