How to make digital illustrated maps with a hand-drawn look on Procreate | Selah Soul Art

I made an illustrated map with a hand-drawn look entirely on Procreate. Sharing this walk-through as a guide. Some important tips:
-Set your canvas to at least 300dpi if you will print it.
-Label your layers. I worked on many layers for this.
-Uitlize Google road maps to get accurate info of the place.
-Decide which major roads and landmarks you will include in the map. There are several landmarks!
- Work on a limited color palette if you are aiming for a minimalist look. Otherwise, throw in pops of colors to make it fun!

maybe zoom it in? or draw circles with the icons inside ( drawn outside the map) and lines that point to where they are loc on the map.
