What a beautiful, immaculate railroad. Everything is well maintained and must be fun to ride! Its a shame so few people showed up, when it should be packed so they can make a few bucks and keep running.
Thanks for posting this...on MY 75th birthday!

I'm glad to see more mainstream coverage of this event. Hopefully Edaville survives well into the future, but only time will tell.
Nice video! What day were you there? Perhaps I saw you and didn't even know!

i noticed that the cars were upgraded to roller bearings, at least the first coach behind the engine was at 4:08. im sure the rest of the cars were upgraded too. but i didn't think it was possible upgrade two foot equipment to roller bearing. but thats cool 😀

Ha I used to go there all the time as a kid! So much nostalgia. Also what camera do you film with? Your footage always looks incredible!

In total there are 9 members of Dynamo Productions, using about 20 different cameras total. This video was shot with one of our Lumix S5 cameras. Lumix brand cameras are what we are switching to across the board, slowly, and are now the most commonly used cameras at Dynamo. At the moment we use one GH5, four S5s, and one S1H. We actually launched a channel about cinematography and it's application for railfanning. The "Everett Meehling" channel, where we actually have a video currently in production all about choosing cameras, and why it's not as simple as picking what your favorite creators use.

@@DynamoProductions-trains Wow, never realized how big the team was! That’ll be interesting to see the video. I’ve been playing around with what cameras I want to get for myself for both travel vlogs and railfanning

@@scottcieri2750 The collaborative nature of our operations is what gives us the coast to coast reach we have attained - and the ability to cover multiple overlapping major events in two - or nine - different states.

I wonder what the security guard looking guys were there for. They were in all black suits with black sunglasses on the open air cars.

Hi Eddie, this is Daniel writing. #3 was trucked down for that special occasion. She still normally runs in Maine, sometimes even with 7. #8 is currently out of service but will hopefully run again in the not too distant future!
