200 gms Pouned wheat
¼ cup Barley
2 Tbsp Masoor Dal
2 Tbsp Tur Dal
2 Tbsp Urad Dal
2 Tbsp Rice
1/3 Cup Chana Dal
1 Tsp Salt
¾ Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Oil
5-6 Tbsp Oil
2 Onions
1 kg Mutton
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Whole coriander Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Fennel Seeds
15-20 Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ Tsp Ginger Powder
½ Tsp chilli Flakes
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tomato
Fresh Mint and Coriander
