Hey Mike, awesome house! I would feel very comfortable living there. If I would live there, I would have some gym equipment on either one of the bedrooms or the outdoor space. And it is affordable. Thanks a lot!

It's a lovely house/model, we desperately wanted to get this model. We drove and went there (Lithia) several times, and requested a meeting in person for us to price out all the details, ready to sign a contract. A few months ago this model started at ~845$K, but unfortunately little we knew that price was was just a bare-bone boxy place, of course not including the pool or the cage. Just by having some of the "must have" features from that model, the price went up quickly to 1.25$m. Including the landscape and the pool it rounded up to ~1.5$m. In addition each lot has a 30$-160$K premium lot fee (wtf). We walked out disappointed and heartbroken.
PS: Not builder's fault but here is a piece of advice to potential buyers: in most counties of Florida, property tax is based mainly on the buying price, not on market's evaluation. Therefore, for us to pay ~22-28$K annual tax for that house, was another factor we didn't want to cross 1.1$m, paying "normal range" of property tax up to 15k$/year.
Key West, $1.3 millions house, not so luxurious but good house... Fully loaded house..
