Hello. Did you pay for kids breakfast? I have a platinum tier on Marriott so I can use M lounge for free but I wonder if they charge breakfast fee in lounge for kids or not.

We are just 3 people so most of the time they do not charge for 1 child, but it depends on who is at the entrance.
