Branca Minth Collins: 3 parts of Branca Menta 2 parts of lemon juice, one teaspoon of sugar and fill with soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry. Build in a collins glass.
Party Branca: In a long drink glass put ice, 2 parts of Fernet Branca, 4 parts of dry vermouth and fill with cider. Garnish with 3 apple "half wedges" (i dont know how to translate it to english but basically like a wedge but like this " |) " lol )
