After using vehical for 2.5 yrs i can tell you. Dont trust this youtuber dont ever think to buy this vehical. Its a scammer company. They use very low quality material. They battery will die after 1.5 yrs max. Shock absorbers are pathetic. Battery has low quality chinese cells. They only assemble in india. And after sales service is pathetic. They find each and every reason to reject your warranty. They dont replace your battery. They fix it only to cover the warranty period. After two years you had to pay 40000 for battery exchange. Without battery vehical is scrape. Think twice before buying. Thousand of people got defrauded in maharashtra and 90% dealeres already shut there show rooms.

Features wise vehicle is good but ye depend karta hai ki after purchase iski deler ki service kaisi hai .mujhe abhi ak problam jhelni pari after 2 and half years battery warranty period me rahane ke bad bhi iski battery replace nhi ho pai deler se baat kiye to they reply ki aapne "paid service"nhi ki thi to aapko battery replacement nhi hogi

Under warranty policy if you charger is not in working condition then charges will not be replaced charger will be repaired by company so you have to wait for 25 to 30 days, no charging means no running scooty

1. Small 10" tyres due to which vehicle becomes out of control if speed exceeds 50kmph
2. Headlight beam not falling on road but light going to sky
3. Mirrors fall all of a sudden while driving on bumpy roads
4. To bring to parking mode, we have to press the push button several times
5. Two persons cannot sit and ride comfortably
6. Unable to see the speedometer in day
7. Faulty distance showing
8. Consumes lot of electricity. Bill coming in thousands
9. Width of tyres is insufficient due to which the vehicle skids so many times on wet road
10. No boot space at least to keep a litre of water bottle

Mera scooter to bhangar wala bhi nahi lega. Service in logo ne nahi diya aur ab bol rahe hai ki aapne time pe service attend nahi kiya hai to aapka extended warranty lost ho gaya hai. Jo hoga ab chargeable basis pe hoga. And charges kitna 25000/- . 39000 me new battery bhi offer kar rahe hai. Don't know what to do?

This scooter is totally scrap. I have bought this scooter in 2022 and the soon after 4 months the battery stopped working. And after that for every three months I have to leave the scooter at the service centre for month to get the issue resolved . Don’t even think to buy this scooter.
My honest suggestion is never ever purchase this vehicle. You will regret it in the future. I have purchased this and also by seeing my friends and family members purchased it. There is no support from company, even it is in warranty company is not providing service. It's a useless company
