At about 7:44 when Rizon roasts goose for being broke, the vehicle he was talking about is the scout 800, a capable off-roader with all wheel drive that costs a measly 20,000 cr. It can be found on the auction house for almost nothing, so you could say it’s one of cheapest cars in the game. That said, how could goose not have even 8,000 cr? How broke is goose?
