    It's true that recent release doesn't contain the CP file, but it won't cause any trouble.

    Can you downgrade from factory android 12 (currently installed) back to Android 11 using same Odin method? Also, I installed the android 11 most recent version for SM-T870 but I don't see CP file. There are CSC_OMC_OXM and HOME_CSC_OMC...
    Please advise, Thanks

    Hello. My device had XSG CSC . I followed your steps and flashed EUX csc on my tab. I got android 12 but when i checked the service provider was still XSG. and will i get future ota in this case? Please reply

    • @androidflashtech
      @androidflashtech  Před 2 lety

      Hi Amal, you can only flash firmware this way. It's not related to service provider. In this case you need to unlock the network phone cell. Regarding ota you will received them because it's official firmware. Good luck 👍🏻

      Hi Darren,
      My device still functions pretty good with Android 12 One UI 4. I will recommend you to update yours, because of new features and more security.
      Unfortunately once update is done factory reset will not help and it would be difficult to go back to previous version. Cheers bro

    I have a galaxy tab s7 wifi, when I see the slot where the microsd goes I can see that it has the pins for the sim card, can 5g (lte) be activated or can the firmware of the 5g version be installed?

    • @androidflashtech
      @androidflashtech  Před rokem +1

      Usually you don't need to flash firmware for that. It can be activated via Settings.
      Scroll down. ...
      Choose Mobile networks.
      Choose Network mode.
      Choose 5G/LTE/3G (auto connect).
      Reboot and check if 5G appears

      Hi,
      Usually you will if you download stock firmware from one of the official providers: samfw or sammobile. If you install a custom stock ROM you probably will not!👍

    • @kelvindean
      @kelvindean Před 2 lety

      Which variant are you using? The Wi-Fi only variant or the cellular variant?

    • @androidflashtech

      Wifi only device might have a different model name. Just look up if your device already support Android 12 One UI 4. Find device model name (enter *#1234# in dialer) then search model name in samfw.

      Be aware that maybe for your model no android 12 is available yet

    • @kelvindean
      @kelvindean Před 2 lety

      There may be a conflict with the CSC code for cellular devices. In this case, it's better to wait for the update to arrive in your area.
      (Even though the Wi-Fi only variants use the OXM (International) CSC code, the US (XAR) and Canada (XAC) haven't yet received One UI 4.0 yet. Furthermore, all European Union countries for the Tab S6 series are combined into a single CSC, called EUX.)

    (08:50) English (India) has been finally added! Why would Samsung not add it directly in the first place?!
    (English (India) is available since Android 7.0, but you had to complete setup and go to Settings to add it.)

    • @androidflashtech
      @androidflashtech  Před 2 lety

      Might save them space😋You can indeed setup English (India) afterwards via Tab S7 Android Settings

      @@carl0s_vera
      When considering using a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 in South America with a local SIM card, there are a few key points to consider:
      Network Compatibility: The most critical factor is whether the T-Mobile version of the Tab S7 supports the network bands used by carriers in your country. Network compatibility is hardware-dependent and not determined by the installed ROM. You need to check the specific LTE/5G bands supported by the T-Mobile Tab S7 and compare them with those used by your local carriers.
      Carrier Lock: If the T-Mobile version of the Tab S7 is carrier-locked, it won't accept SIM cards from other carriers without being unlocked first. You need to ensure the device is either already unlocked or can be unlocked for use with other carriers.
      Regional ROM: Installing a ROM from a different region doesn't typically affect network compatibility. ROMs primarily contain software and localization settings (like language and regional features) but don't change the hardware's ability to connect to different network bands.
      Warranty and Support: Be aware that changing the ROM might void the warranty or make it difficult to receive support or service for the device in your country.
      Risk of Bricking: Installing a different ROM carries the risk of bricking the device if not done correctly.
