The Forza aero may never be fixed, but Nick sure has a fixed idea on an absolute banger of an update.
It's kind of hard to make an aero design that fits the majority of the vehicles.

Forza Aero will never be "changed" or "fixed" in the life of this game, it's a lot of work now with having over 700 cars, all we can do is make enough noise about it so hopefully they change it for the next game.

Here's my update. UK takeover. Custom Mini Cooper "Mr Bean Edition", Rover SD1 (whatever that was in fh4), Austin 7, triumph Mustang and a vauxhall insignia vxr (new one). Lots of tea themed event lab props, raining all season and for DLC Vauxhall Corsa BTCC (from Motorsport), Mclaren F1 car (this season), Ford Fiesta ST MK3 and Vauxhall Adam
Doing this update and not including either a cavalier 4x4 or Sierra sapphire would be criminal (especially if we are having an Adam) not to mention probs worth whacking a couple TVRs in the mix too. Apart from that this sounds awesome!
Also I’m guessing triumph mustang would be the stag and Vauxhall integra would be an Astra of sorts? I think we already have the latest VXR in Forza though.

I've had this idea for a while: Horizon Celebration. Similar to the Anniversary update but not lackluster and instead celebrates what makes Horizon fun.
9 cars (1 new car for 80 points series reward, 4 new cars each season for 20 ppints, 4 returning cars that fit a certain theme by doing a custom challenge, and allows for community engagement by sharing tunes and such)
Series reward - Lamborghini Revuelto
Week 1: Japanese Icons
New car: Toyota Chaser
Returning car: Infinity G35 or G37, unlocked by getting a really hard score in a specific drift zone using the Nissan 350z or 370z
Week 2: Speed Icons
New car: SSC Tuatara for 20 points
Returning cat: Chrysler ME-412 (fastest car of FM2), unlocked by achieving a certain top speed at the Drag strip speed trap using any Dodge vehicle
Week 3: Race Icons
New car: new Porsche 911 GT3RS
Returning: Nissan Nismo AUTECH (unlocked by setting a certain lap time using one of the new GT cars from the current update)
Week 4: Cruisers (cool cars to celebrate the cruise community forza)

Stadium Makeover: the stadium should be filled with actual fans and it would model the Horizon 1 festival. The stadium should be big enough to do an exact model of the old festival.

Make use of the Bodykit presets with new body kits, example: body kit preset to take the Nissan GTR R34 and turn it into the Mines GTR with the exact horsepower, engine and tuning numbers, Body kit preset to make the Bugatti Chiron into the 300+ with upgrades to let it hit 300 mph, Bodykit for the 2024 Integra to make it the Integra Type-S, and some kits to give cars without good customization like the Nissan Z into something at least basic like the GT4 version
Car pack: a car pack to add the less voted for cars from the Forza Forums, that way no one can complain about them paywalling peoples favorite cars, while also hitting the main favorites of forza fans (muscle, JDM, offroaders, daily drivers, etc)

Now that's a update I'll be down on I still getting into FD.
I think there should be a Rally Cross theme with new rally cars and a Rally cross circuit in the stadium. Or alternatively a two lane Rally stadium stage where two online players can compete the same way we do on the drag tracks. Honk the horn three times, and try to be the first one to cross the line.

I don't usually comment on videos however I came up with a horizon update a while back and this video would be perfect for me to share my idea. So I introduce you to Horizon Night-Runners!
Horizon Night-Runners would add something to Horizon 5 that has been absent from the Horizon series for way to long in my opinion, Car Meets! I don't really understand why the developers decided to abandon this feature considering we can customize not just our cars, but also our characters. I don't expect the developers to let us walk around in the meet locations and look around at the other members cars, even though that would be very cool. I think once we join the car meet a cinematic camera starts of our character pulling the car into their decided spot, getting out and standing next to their car, similar to how the photo mode works where you can choose what emote you want your character to do. Once you are apart of the meet, you'd be able to pan the camera to the other members in the meet which shows their car, which you can inspect to see their stats like PI, HP, ect, also you can Inspect their characters which shows their career stats like wins, how many shares they have, and so on. You can also invite the member to a Race, like Horizon 3, or a Convoy if cruising is more your thing. Now onto the Festival Playlist

I've been wanting a bunch of basic cars added to Horizon and I think these would be a great start.
Now onto my Stadium makeover, which I think might be the weakest part of my update to be completely honest, I had a hard time thinking of something and I am open to suggestions to something better but my idea would be a long multi-story drift track with a parking lot at the bottom to meet-up at.
Moving onto the final part of additions to the update, and it's a simple one. Give us window stickers, please, like I don't understand why we don't have them already considering there are several cars in the game that already have window stickers. That's it, My ideal Horizon 5 Update.
If you can think of ways that I could improve this concept I am very much open to suggestions!

For the stadium makeover i would just make a city track with tall buildings making it feel full and lively.
As a small feature i would make a nicer looking forza aero and add a “street” front splitter which is just the splitter

a small feature: it's either properly working displays (for GPS/real time car stats) and gauges (lap times, mileage etc.) OR the performance mode button, so cars like the AM DB11 cam switch from GT to sport, so that you can lower the wingwon your McLaren P1 manually, so that you can take off your MR2 and Porsche Targa tops like convertibles on the go and getting all the convertibles working, not just the new ones (of which even some don't)
Yes, these cars would be great, as far as i know, last time we saw a V70R in a game was in Enthusia on PS2 around 20 years ago, so i think both the second gen V70R ( V70N ) and the first gen S60R would be great choices 👍
Also i can't understand why the devs never bother to add the Alfa Romeo 156 GTA, 147 GTA and the Ford Mondeo ST200 either, these cars are great modern classics, with great sounding V6 engines 2 👍

I personally would like an update based around Iconic American pick-ups trucks, I feel like we do not have enough of your "everyday pick-ups" in forza. I Personally would LOVE to see the 2000's ford ranger come to forza, It would be a perfect truck to add to the game especially with the massive following that pick-up has. I would also love to see some older dodge-ram, and early 2000's to 2010's chevy pickups, especially the cat eye. Bringing more pick-ups to the game would also bring more of the truck community to the forza community.

Honestly this idea would make me very happy. I'm a drag racing fan. I'd add maybe a dirt 1/4 drag or even on the beach. The TRX is definitely a good choice as well as the Caddy SUV blackwing edition.
DEVS please watch this video and take it to heart. His idea is a very good one and I know people that have stopped playing the game all bc the TRX isn't on here. It's their favorite vehicle (and my favorite truck) and I know if you all added it to the game they would pick FH5 back up and start playing it again. Also 1/4 drags officially. Every new car that comes out I put on Nick's 1/4 drag just to see. Only thing I would add is maybe do a $9.99 pack and add 5 more cars like maybe another drag focused car, something that can rival the F9 for the dirt and sand, and maybe to add to the ram theme a ram cummins p/u and the SRT 10 ram. To finalize the pack throw in a duramaz that way we have the big 3 diesels in the game.
Instead of the TRX the Hennessy Mammoth 1000 would be good, I know it's almost the same but it just looks better and I would add the Audi RS Q8, Audi Q7, Volkswagen Tuareg, Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Rolls-Royce Boat tail, BMW M5 comp. or cs, Skoda Octavia RS, Chevy Silverado 2005, Audi S2, Saab 95, more wagons like the Hoonigan Subaru Wagon that shi looks fire, Mansory upgrades, truck lifter upgrades, diesel smoke, hood exit exhaust, Adidas and Nike chlotes, burble tune without flames, interior upgrades(like in CarX), window decals
I love the idea of being back cars from older Forza games. I’d like to see Smokey Nagatas top secret Supra, the Devon GTX,Shelby series one, and a studebaker car, maybe even a willys (not the jeep). As for the car pack why not a proper “Rat Rod” car pack?
One unique idea i had is to have cars be able to be any model/trim level of that specific car, this could be done similar to how every car has "manufacture colors" it could be somthing like manufacture trims~ or it could be done through bodykits, for example instead of having 30 different porsche 911s, you could get a couple duplicates and make one of them a turbo s and another a targa 4. It would also change the name if the car to whatever model you selected.
Forza sort of did this in FH3, on the abarth and RS3 you could swap on I believe a normal 500 and S3 body kit, which would make them look a lot more subtle
i like everything you said in your list but I have always dreamt of being able to tune engines in the game. and I don't mean just basics, I mean being able to adjust stroke and bore on engines, use actual different sizes of turbos / superchargers, etc., using actually different cam profiles / even being able to fully customize a cam shaft & the cam shaft timing and maybe even adjusting fuel maps. I feel like it would add a whole new and creative aspect to the tuning menu of the game that would really allow the tuning community to put out its best work! I mean I know I would love it!

I’d like to see 4 cars come back in my update called the Horizon Reinstated update where a bunch of car companies that were killed off even though I believe so many of them had a lot of potential. Cars like the B1 and B2 from the company MaRussia, as well as cars like the Vector W8 from the Vectors Motor Corporation and the Matra: rancho would be cool cars to see in the weekly unlock, but to unlock them you would have to perform stunts that would correspond with said car. The stadium would have half of the modern day stadium and the other half would be an old school weathered stadium that wasn’t taken care of. The one special feature that would be really cool would be in photo mode you would have different lenses that would make it look like you’re taking a photo from that time period. Now the car pack the first vehicle would be the Panther 6 from 1977 an incredible feat of engineering taking the form of a six-wheel, luxury convertible, which the brand claimed could top 200mph. Only two were produced. The second car would be the Triumph Tr2. The third would be the 1912 Bearcat Roadster made by Stutz this car is what invented the term Sports Car in America. The fourth car would be the Lada Oka a Russia car that was discontinued in 2000. The final car would be the Merkur Scorpio.

Stadium Makeover: Horizon Race of Champions. Taking inspiration from the race of champions, a tight technical tarmac circuit with a crossover bridge. starting side by side in distinct lanes, each course is different but causes you to end up at the start line of the other lane, would be 2 laps
New feature: new car classes for GT Racers and Horizon Prototypes and Horizon Open wheel to break them out from the extreme track toys for sone more variety in classes and closer racing with some of the stuff that can't keep up with the top cars in the class

For the stadium, there will be 1 week on speedway, drifting, circuit racing, and drag racing based on what countries will happen, it will bring players more exciting to see what happens. I had an idea where online D and C-class races would be possible. Online D and C-class would be awesome because:
1: They would appeal to beginner racers who are playing for the first time (probably not maybe)
And 2: D and C-class cars would finally be acknowledged since nobody really uses cars below B-class
C and D class have the least interesting racing to look at, but provided everyone plays nice, the most fun racing to have. It’s always close and always has some amazing battles. Only issue would be in public racing, with could just become a banger race either way weighty trucks punting smaller cars out of the way, which due to the low class don’t pull away themselves
