I’m sorry that scandalized you. I hope you take it to the Lord in prayer because it is scripturally correct. That is the scandalous truth of Christ’s love that He, who is self-sufficient CHOSE to empty Himself and yoke Himself to the Bride, to make her complete and to complete His own mission. This is the gospel in the story of Creation in Genesis: First Adam is not just the human male; it is the couple, male and female yoked together; likewise, what the Apostle Paul calls the Second Adam follows that pattern - in reality, flesh Man was modeled after Spirit Man, Christ-Man, the true Adam. So the Person called “Christ” must eventually be a spiritual couple, Messiah Yeshua plus the Bride, yoked together as one in glory, character, and purpose. This is the very purpose of this material creation.
