47:57 du'a for alleviating a source of anxiety / sadness:
    ,,
Allaahumma inni ‘abduka ibnu ‘abdika ibnu amatika
    nasiyati bi-yadika
    madin fiyyahukmuka ‘adlun fiyya qada’uka
as’aluka bi kulli ismin huwa laka
    sammayta bihi nafsakaaw
    anzaltahu fi kitabika
    aw ‘allamtahu ahadan min khalqika
    aw ista’tharta bihi fi‘ilmi’l-ghaybi ‘indaka
    an taj’ala’l-Qur’ana rabi’a qalbi
    wa nura sadri
    wa jala’a huzni

Also, in one conversation Sheikh recommended a short du'a that is the latter part of this du'a, to recite for asking to connect with the book of Allah. The part starting with " *an taj’ala’l-Qur’ana rabi’a qalbi…* "

Salaam.. The duaa.. do men and women read in the same manner? or does the female reader change the abd to امتك ? Jazakallah

Scholars like Ibn Taymiyah and al-Haythami said both ways are fine, but preferred "amatuk" for the female. Wa iyyaakum.
