McClain's arms are sticks he said a year and 6 months to get a little bit of meat on his bones. There nap sticks
McClain is a hard gainer. Don't focus on his size as a cornerback. What's important for him is strong ligaments in the shoulders, hips and knees. If you look at it this way he is actually very strong. A good comparison is Hunter. He's thin as well but strong where a performance athlete needs to be, in the ligaments.
All this lifting is great but if these guys aren't eating properly and getting enough calories is not going to do much good. They should have a nutritionist in there for each and every player's diet
