Black Cardamom= 2
Red Chilly Powder= 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tbsp

Green Chilly= 40
Garam Masala= 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 5 tbsp

Chef भाई इतनी भारी मात्रा में प्याज,लहसुन और टमाटर डालोगे तो मटन के स्वाद का तो पता ही नहीं चलेगा, इतनी मात्रा में मसाले इत्यादि खुद ही हाबी रहेंगे टेस्ट पर। ऐसा नहीं होता chef। मसाले,प्याज,टमाटर वागहरा जितने काम होंगे मटन का स्वाद उतना ही ज्यादा होगा।
