    Cool video, I really like your chanel. Just a note about the power pad thing and the feet coming off the pedals when you hit a bump. This only happens if you are flat footed/ if you put youre weight on the heels while you ride. If you stay light footed (put youre weight on the balls of youre foot and lift the heel up slightly) when a bump hits the wheel, youre foot is gonna come down instead of up. Ronnin did a cool video with chris yim explaining this. Locking youre foot o with pads can be dangerous cause if the wheel goes down it will drag you along and can twist youre ankle.

    Cut around the box near the bottom and just lift the top off. :-)
    Less work than opening and flipping lol they're getting heavier all the time somehow...

      Niceeee! You'll love the wheel mate! Lynx specific you should know the the charger might give out more voltage than 151.2 V. There is a screw inside the charger with what you can adjust the max output to what ever Voltage you like. I personally prefer just 150 or 150.5V or pull it out just in time. You can track the voltage over the Lynx screen and also your phone while charging.
      Enjoy your new wheel! 🔥

    What about the PWM titlback? It still present in the Lynx? Most usefull safety function in my opinion. Speed sound alarm is not that safe because max speed depends on the battery level and the hill climb :).

    • @floatypiet
      @floatypiet  Před 25 dny +1

      I know I forgot something! ♥️ I put the PWM on 75%. Super important! And I have hit it on low and high speeds. It works awesome!

    Congrats on the new wheel (and mic)! Would you mind sharing 1. How does torque off the line feel vs those other wheels. 2. Stability/wobbles youve felt 3. Suspension feel at medium to high speed, is it still responsive?

    • @floatypiet
      @floatypiet  Před 26 dny +1

      Thank you mate! Which of the other 2 wheels do you mean? SS and Patton? I talked a little bit about them in my 'Pumptrack in Taiwan' video.
      The Patton has a little bit more torque, but I did experience some wobbles around 65 kph when riding in Abu Dhabi.
      If the SS is more stable, I can't tell you, but the LYNX is super stable, I haven't gone faster than 70 though. Currently I'm experiencing a little side drag to the right when going fast. Not sure yet if it's the tire or just me... However, I do think it's super stable.
      Suspension: I personally prefer the springy setting (it's more fun jumping around), and I did hit some potholes going faster. No problem! I feel super safe! I personally love it but I know there are some people who love the EX Max suspension even more. But then you also have a 10 kg/20% heavier wheel.
      I don't want something heavier than 40 kg (because I often take it on the bus or train), but that's just my opinion.
      The Lynx is obviously not perfect and a 10/10 but there are just small things which I don't like and I'll address in my first thought after 1000 km video.
      If you still have questions, just let me know.

      Hi bro, do you feel a significant difference between the patton and the lynx in terms of torque because I have a patton and I'm thinking of maybe switching to a lynx but I'm a little afraid that I won't have the same torque as the patton because the patton feels very strong in its acceleration?🙏🏼

    • @floatypiet
      @floatypiet  Před 17 dny

      @@user-to4tb5xv6j I do feel the Patton has more torque and just for off-roading it’s probably better. But the lynx has still lots of power, torque and the better range. It’s also better on the street due to its bigger tire.

    Hey bro, which wheel do you feel has more torque, the patton or the lynx?

    • @floatypiet
      @floatypiet  Před 17 dny +1

      Patton has more because of the smaller tire. I talked about it in my ‘Pumptrack‘ video I made a few months ago in Taiwan :)

    • @user-to4tb5xv6j
      @user-to4tb5xv6j Před 17 dny

      Do you really feel it?

    • @floatypiet
      @floatypiet  Před 17 dny +1

      @@user-to4tb5xv6j I did. But it’s like have a wheel with a lot of torque or having a wheel with even more that a lot of torque. If you do just off-roading, maybe go with the Patton. If you also like to do street riding go with the Lynx. I’d say the lynx can do it all but is in nothing the best.
      That’s my personal opinion. And I‘m super happy to have this powerful and fun alrounder.
