Hey! I just started milling wheat last year ☺️ would recommend soft wheat for baked goods you want to be fluffier (cookies, muffins, cakes, stuff like that), and then hard wheat for most bread products (like loaves)! Higher protein/gluten structure in hard wheat. Love the video!
Also buy from azure, I like to buy bags of coconut chips for Lily a Nichols grain-free granola

Hi!! Thanks for watching 💗 I get my beeswax candles from azure and then my scented candles from antique candle co. They are more expensive than what I used to pay for candles, but they are much better quality and ingredients. I hope to start making my own eventually and take you guys through the process 💗
