i had VDRL(+reactive) in January 2023 and after that I had TPHA(+reactive) in February 2023, after that I test VDRL-Titer of VDRL and i got result in (1:4), I got vaccine in april 2023, Now I m getting VDRL(+reactive) but VDRL-Titer(-non-reactive) so what i would do right now? am i need to take vaccine?

sir, i had done TPHA test 2 month ago and was -ve .but i wanted to do NAAT for gonorrhea but by dr said do VDRL instead. I don’t know ,should trust him?
