Ok let me give you a story: Once in a area of vast ocean and nothingness, little Owen was stuck out at sea. His only source of food and water was nothing more than dirty salt water and a moldy piece of Italian bread. “Water, water is everywhere but there is nothing to drink” Owen said as he sat down on the side of the boat. He grabbed his paddle and trimmed the ocean blue in search of land. Owen kept lifting and dragging the paddle on the ocean with hope of land. Owen eventually got worn out and reach out for his bottle. He realized that the bottle had nothing more than dirty salt water. “I’m lost I’m screwed and I’m dead but still alive” he dumped the dirty salt water in the ocean. He grabbed the paddle again; however, he was very sweaty and dehydrated which made his paddling less and less effective each row he made. He didn’t feel like he was getting anywhere. Just then owen dropped and feel down, laying on the boat waiting for his death. But just as hope was lost, owen heard a sound, a marvelous sound he thought he would never hear. He heard seagulls and the crashing of waves on a sandy shore. Owen shoot back up like a rocket, he jumped in glee and he jumped out of the boat and swam towards the shore with the little energy he had. However; what he didn’t know was that there was a current in the ocean, the lifeguard blew his whistle and the red flag was raised to spread awareness. With the little energy he had left, he made his way closer and closer to shore. Just then, he noticed that the waves where square instead of being tall and straight waves directing to shore. Just then a current pulled Owen back. Owen struggled and got pulled by a demon of a current… 2 likes for part 2
Part 2 Owen was struggling to swim. He though he had a chance but his luck was decreasing every second. He tried to direct himself towards shore but his lack of energy played a big role and thus, he continued getting thrown back and forth by the current. At this point, all hope was lost and he began drowning. He tried to stick his arm up but with no avail, he sunk like the titanic and the last thing he saw was a coral reef before blacking out… 3 likes for part 3
I wouldn’t, I’m also a strong swimmer and I’m lucky to make it out of one okay in Hawaii. You definitely need to swim sideways. Took me about 20 mins to get out
I swam in this as a young buck and got beat across the bottom for roughly 30 ft out. My brother begged me to keep swimming with him after I told him what happened. He didn't believe me until about 15 minutes or so he got sucked under and then popped up 20-30ft out and then he told me yea we done swimming!
You wont collect, bro ... we humans really cannot swim. A few knot rip current will drown us in minutes - unless you can wait and/or swim cross to it. Even the best human swimmers can hold their breath for only a few minutes - when doing virtually nothing. Even the best human swimmers can swim at a few knots speed, for maybe a quarter of an hour ...
Same, there's a chance you survive and you get out of your rut with that $. Worst case, you lose and aint suffering anymore. Bet a large % of people would go for it.
I respect your opinion, although if you think that you can quickly just get out after, you can’t really, you might if you have people around you to help you- but if no one can, you’ll be dragged out to sea and likely ending up drowning
@@luvsumz_Wrong, its very easy to escape a rip current. Ive been in a few as well. All you need to do is swim to the side of the current. Youll be taken out to sea a small distance, but nothing major. Most people did because they freak out and begin worrying about whats in the water, rather than carefully thinking about how to get back.
"You would LIKELY end up drowning" and for that reason, I would risk it for 1m dollars. If there was a 1% chance of survival, I'm going for it and so would many broke ass people. That'll change ya life, or it'll put an end to suffering. How can you lose?
I've surfed across square water at Cronulla point, it's not very rippy unless it's big. You can surf the backwash until it joins the other so you surf away from the beach, when you hit the cross over "boom, you're launched" Where rivers meet oceans or bays you can get this effect and its not strong enough to do anything except look cool.
Jump in with some floatation devices as there are no rules on that, wait for the currents to finish pushing as I swim the best direction, and then swim to shore and eventually make my way back and collect my 1 million dollars.
When I was 12 years old i got pulled out to sea by a strange current. I made it back to shore 8 miles south of where I started. Havent been back in the ocean ever since.

Owen struggled and got pulled by a demon of a current…

It doesn’t work like that. This will drag you under and keep you there regardless of strength.
Part 2
Owen was struggling to swim. He though he had a chance but his luck was decreasing every second. He tried to direct himself towards shore but his lack of energy played a big role and thus, he continued getting thrown back and forth by the current. At this point, all hope was lost and he began drowning. He tried to stick his arm up but with no avail, he sunk like the titanic and the last thing he saw was a coral reef before blacking out…

Ngl, I would. Nobody told me that a lifejacket is Not allowed 😂
Kendrick Lamar once said homie you fuvked up homie im fuvked but if god got us then we gon be ALRIGHT ,so gimme my money

clamidian.
Shove your ticket where the sun don't shine, I'm fashionably late a ready for a fk'n swim.
Sorry bro, for $1 Million cash? I’m doing it.

*This OP must have a death wish* 🎅🎅 *NO DON'T DO IT!*
i dont wanna be one of the “first” people but uhhh yeah I’m the first comment, first like, and even first VIEW
If you let me sign life insurance. I wont be able to beat that.
Ha that’s a common myth. The square wave would just give any swimmer a slight sped boost. Trust me I’ve been a square wave for 10+ years.
Soft. I'd jump in for milli
I respect your opinion, although if you think that you can quickly just get out after, you can’t really, you might if you have people around you to help you- but if no one can, you’ll be dragged out to sea and likely ending up drowning
you aint surviving that lil bro 💀
@@luvsumz_Wrong, its very easy to escape a rip current.
Ive been in a few as well. All you need to do is swim to the side of the current.
Youll be taken out to sea a small distance, but nothing major.
Most people did because they freak out and begin worrying about whats in the water, rather than carefully thinking about how to get back.
@@abel3557 oh alr 🤍 if that is correct I apologise

I’m a combat vet so I’d jump in for free. Gets me closer to the forever nap.
That laugh…lol😂☠️🤣‼️
I would jump in with a life jacket and then use part of the 1 million to call for someone to pick me up with their boat.
I can’t find one that says “no don’t do it!” Those are my favorite ☹️
If you find yourself there, dont swim right back to the shore but on an angle
They're not opposite of each other they are perpendicular to each other.
I would jump in for $1 million but first I would order helicopter rescue
I would certainly jump in for $1 million and then have the 1 million dollars donated to a great cause.
Any bidders??
"You would LIKELY end up drowning" and for that reason, I would risk it for 1m dollars. If there was a 1% chance of survival, I'm going for it and so would many broke ass people. That'll change ya life, or it'll put an end to suffering. How can you lose?
I've surfed across square water at Cronulla point, it's not very rippy unless it's big. You can surf the backwash until it joins the other so you surf away from the beach, when you hit the cross over "boom, you're launched"
Where rivers meet oceans or bays you can get this effect and its not strong enough to do anything except look cool.
yes with a rope vest boat rescuers on the side for 1 million
Give me two inflatable arm bands and one rubbber duck and I will do it for 50% off 😂
“This water is already dead, it just doesn’t know it”
1 million USD... still wortha shot. Sign me up
Jump in with some floatation devices as there are no rules on that, wait for the currents to finish pushing as I swim the best direction, and then swim to shore and eventually make my way back and collect my 1 million dollars.
I have seen this and apparently if the water is square. It means that do not jump inside or you will get dragged and then you will drown inside
the second I saw those square waves I got flashbacks
“Absolutely not”😂😂😂😂
When I was 12 years old i got pulled out to sea by a strange current. I made it back to shore 8 miles south of where I started. Havent been back in the ocean ever since.
> get a long stick
> touch it
> profit
I would still jump in I’m ready for that money
Yes if I’m strapped to something. PAY ME! 😂
Weather systems create the waves, but I'm not sure they create opposing currents. With square waves you can get an amplifying affect ..
A million today is like 7 cartons of eggs now.
Facts. No amount of money would bring you back. And you could make more than million in your lifetime. Any billionaire would give all money for extra 50 years of living. Winners mentallity
