There is so much emotion in this scene, the music, the expression in the characters, it definitely portrays the lion clan. Film is about motion with emotion in motion pictures, and this clearly shows it.
Gotta say my favourite part of this how well the music fits the flow of the scene, it builds up in tandem with it and really sets the tone for it. Can't wait for more (please please please!) teasers for the other clans :D

Dang man that really sucks. Were you on the project? These were so amazing my friend and I actually are getting into film design and writing out our own story. We saw these when they came out and have been slowly working on it since. This really inspired us to create something to call our own. We just have no idea what we're getting into.

I don't think I've ever seen fight scenes better choreographed, filmed or acted than I've seen in Thousand Pounds videos. The presentations of ninjutsu and other specialized techniques is without peer in any film I've seen yet. If their storyline presentation is as good as their fight scene presentation - or if they can work with people who are as good at storylines as they are at fights - their movies will be awesome!
I know why. The forms are similar to the forms and fighting style used by the different elemental nations, and the glowing hands are similar to when a water bender uses their healing ability or when the avatar uses their bending to take away/give back someone's bending ability.

That's why he took over and proceeded to kick her butt until she tried to kill him. He wanted her to stop playing and get serious.

If any company has put in blood sweat and tears into making visually appealing movies purely for the love of movie making and their fans, it is you guys. I am so pleased and proud of you guys! but enough of the sentimental stuff, now get to work and melt my face with epicness! I used to think that when I get old I won't do physical fight no matter what since I am wiser but then things changed, I get into more fights as I get older when eventho I didnt want to. Moral of the story, you should never give up your dream job until you know that you can be asteroid in dynamic movement that someday will be the sum of all that was not in popular votes that will elimintate what has been scourged

Conceptual means just that, conceptual. Having said that the use of the quick cut actually juxtaposes well with the long shots showing the characters' emotion. The cut actually might seem faster too because the exchanges aren't very long, that's when long uncut shots really shine. The fight isn't really what's being showcased here.
