This is an amazing recipe for you guys to try make at home to recreate the restaurant flavours.
Ingredients:
1200 / 1500 G CHICKEN
3 TBS YOGURT
2 TSP GARLIC PASTE
2 TSP GINGER PASTE
1 TSP SALT
2 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1/2 TSP GARAM MASSALA
1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
1 TSP PAPRIKA POWDER
1 TSP DRY KASOORI METHI LEAVES
1 TBS MUSTARD PASTE
1 TSP MINT SAUCE
3 TSP PATAKS TANDOORI MARINADE PASTE
2 TSP PATAKS TIKKA MARINADE
1 TSP PATAKS KASHMIRI MARINADE
2 TBS MUSTARD OIL
1 JUICE OF FRESH LEMON 50/60 ML
CHICKEN DRESSING:
2 TBS OIL
2 TBS GHEE
2 ONION

looks delicious , DO TRY THIS AT HOME ! just a little tip , put tin foil on the bottom of the roasting tin , saves a lot of washing up !

Used this recipe (as near as I could get it) on Friday for some boned chicken thighs. Left them to marinade for nearly 24 hours, then cooked them on the barbeque. Absolutely awesome!

I ordered two orders of tandoori chicken from an Indian restaurant in my area in Pompano Beach Florida. When the order arrived I opened up one of the owners of Pandorée chicken and I looked at the chicken and it looked dry and I realize it wasn’t fresh. I have eaten that many Indian restaurants and I love Indian food and before I ordered I read the reviews of each restaurant that I was searching and this restaurant after reading all the reviews Appeal to me. I was very disappointed. The great Indian Grill did not live up to its name
Haha i had a border collie who befriended my butcher he wud sit by the door wave his paw to get the butchers attention. He would give him his treat n then he would walk along side me with his roasted knuckle bone in his mouth all the way home then lay in the garden munching down on his treat from the butcher lol your comment braught those memories bk. He lived a full 17 n a half years bless him

We tried this recipe, exactly as specified in the video, at home and I can’t tell you how absolutely delicious it was! The chicken was still moist inside and had a lovely char on the outside. Thank you Latif! We don’t like Coleman’s mustard, so swapped it for a 1 tsp of onion powder, all other ingredients as-is. Used our dual-zone airfryer, cooked mine to be slightly charred and my wife’s not so, and WOW, I recreated the BIR flavour!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
