f(x) = (2x + 3) / (1/2 + x)
If x = 1/6, then f(x) = (2/6 + 3) / (1/2 + 1/6)
= (1/3 + 3) / (1/2 + 1/6) = (10/3) / (4/6)
= 10/3 * 6/4 = 5.
