Check out Golf It. It had player-made levels for a long time, it's in full 3d and some of the player-made maps are downright amazing. It's on Steam as well.
If you type in Ear protection.. and bluetooth... you can get really great headphones to work with power tools while listening to pod casts or music... they do have loud restrictions built into them, as they are safety ear units, but super useful... compared ot .. osme of my other headphones.. and price is pretty cheap.

He should go back to those PAR levels. To me that what’s makes What The Golf fun. With limited amount of moves, you have to play it more strategically and not just spamming moves like what he is doing. Defeats any sort of challenges of this game
