I've seen alot of couples dance to this song but, this is the best dance steps I've seen. Great job
One of my all time favourite songs from early 60's Black Music Culture. And! I have never seen 2 people dance with such excellent interpretation of the Music. I have watched it over, and over, and over again! Bloody Fab!

I have watched this video of these 2 numerous times. I wish that I could dance with this guy just one time. He dances like butter. She dances well too. But that is the thing. The man is supposed to make the woman look phenomenal when dancing. And he did just that. Love those 2 dancing together. Other videos that I have seen of others dancing to this song, none of them add up to these 2. These two are the greatest!

Ive watched them 100 times. They relax me- because they are relaxed.They know exactly what they are doing. He moves like mercury across the surface. He’s liquid. I love them. They are gonna be favourites

It’s obvious that they love dancing together.
I'm late to the video. I was surfing, love the song seeing how many renditions out there. Came over to the dance, didn't know there were any. I started watching a few, but they were awkward? One guy was very good, but partner was trying to do the steps with him. Another tried to put too much into the phrasing. Another they tried a dance style wasn't meant for this (jive).
Then came across this & wasn't sure what to expect. I feel like goldilocks, it was right for this song. She does amazing adept step work, but it's timed to the music & her partner. The partner isn't trying to do tricks every second, they're in sync & she's doing so much to highlight him, rather than standing there stiff. He's working with her & though shorter has practiced working with her. It's a pleasure watching them. I think it's the shag they're doing which fits for that timeframe the song was in.
It's fantastic for the song & each other.

Before Covid they used to have these weekends in Virginia where the movie was filmed. I’m not sure if they still have them.
