    Having used Playback from Multitracks.com for the last two years, some features on the Prime app (on the fly note/tempo change, and multiple solos) and not having to swipe left/right to see the entire mixer, really are “magical”. Playback has just recently implemented the first of those features but they are not on the fly. However, one feature that I enjoy from Playback is the transition possibilities between songs. It makes for unnoticeable transitioning, especially if you match the songs to key and a similar tempo.

      We just added transition features between songs for PRIME two weeks ago! You can check all of these out for free inside of the PRIME app. You can also watch the videos on Crossfades, Overlap, Auto Advance, and Trigger mode in this playlist to learn about all of the new features. Hope this helps! We'd love for you to check out PRIME! czcams.com/video/mTvkTV32FJY/video.html

    But what if I use my own tracks (drums, synth, backvocals, bass) how do i need to set these up so when i upload them to the website, the app recognize all the separated tracks

    Hi God bless. I halve a question , if I use this at church will the click and the guiding voice will come in the loud speakers?. Like everybody will hear it ?

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 6 lety

      Hey there! PRIME pans the tracks to the right and the click and cues to the left. So you can use a Stereo Breakout cable or an audio interface to have your audio go to your sound system. If you have in-ear monitors, the click and cues would go to the left ear of those. If you don't, you can send the audio to a mixer by your drummer so he can hear the click and cues. If you have any other questions about routing audio with PRIME, send us an email at support@loopcommunity.com and our team can help!

    Can this app be used to control Pads? I'm an acoustic guitarist and would like to add ambient background pads to my acoustic guitar playing.

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 6 lety

      Hey Martin! If you have audio files with pad sounds in them, you can upload them to the PRIME Cloud to use in PRIME. We also sell PRIME Pads that are specific for PRIME. You can check out how those work in this video: czcams.com/video/_fGqwJEQIL8/video.html Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi! Is this app only for worship/religion? I play alone (sometimes with a bassplayer), and I’m looking for something like this. Do I find another songs, like rock/pop/country somewhere?
    Best regards Geir, Norway

    • @AaronCano1
      @AaronCano1 Před 5 lety

      Geir Byre Loop Community and MultiTracks both offer tracks to non-Christian songs. However, if you create an account with Loop Community, you can upload zip folders with all of your wav files and input them into the app and use it how you like.

    I'm sending zips to Prime with a resolution of 48k 24bits, and getting loops that sound way less than cD quality. Please help. I find no numbers nor emails for customer service. - Thanks anyone for helping.

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 7 lety +1

      Hey David!
      PRIME only plays back audio files in 44.1 / 16-bit compression. Even if you're sending in those 48/24 WAV files, they'll be compressed which is why you may hear a big difference. This is done to save space and time when playing the files and storing them and is the standard for apps that play back multiple stem files such as these. Hope this helps!
      For future questions on anything, you can always email us here: support@loopcommunity.com. Thanks so much!!! =)

      @davidsovereign4958 Před 7 lety +1

      LoopCommunity.com - No man, thank you for getting back to me. I guess I should just do my stuff in 44.1/16 to avoid the dither altogether. I'll try that, and thanks again for such a solid set of products! Genius.

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 7 lety

      It's our pleasure! Yeah, when we typically stem out Premium Tracks for the site, we always have no dithering selected as well as export them in WAV format 44.1/16. Only for major song recordings to sell as audio songs and not tracks would we put them as 48/24 or FLAC. Happy Looping! =)

    How does the app keep the click out of the house?

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 7 lety +2

      Hey Cassie! The app keeps the click out if you do these three steps:
      1. Make sure PAN is on in PRIME.
      2. Use a stereo cable out of the headphone jack into two separate DI boxes.
      3. On your iOS device in the Accessibility settings make sure Mono audio is turned off.
      If you have any other questions about it you can email us at support@loopcommunity.com!

  • @abcdefghijklmnop514
    @abcdefghijklmnop514 Před 3 lety

    How would you do this with no headphone jack?

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 3 lety

      The best and easiest option would be to use Track Rig! This will give you ability to rout audio through 8 XLR outputs to your soundboard, and you can use the USB hub on the back to connect your Looptimus to the Prime device. Check out the Track Rig at LoopCommunity.com!

    • @tsho08
      @tsho08 Před 7 lety

      You could attach an audio interface. I recommend the connect AUDIO4+ it has up to 6 outputs and it will charge your iPad and it has a USB host port to connect the Looptimus to it.

    You get what you pay for. The app can be very flaky at times. We’ve had it pause, click not play, and other issues in the middle of the set. The support answer for everything is to remove the app and reinstall. That’s just not a solution. Also, many of the tracks have horrible quality.

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 3 lety

      Hey Brian! We're sorry to hear that you have had issues with your tracks and the Prime App. We definitely want to help, because none of these issues should be happening. If you email support@loopcommunity.com, we can setup a video call to help get all of this resolved. Thanks!

    • @d1v3r4u

      @@loopcommunity The errors are not repeatable and randomly happen, so it's hard to troubleshoot issues. This usually happens during rehearsal or worship service. We've reached out and the answer is usually to restart the app, the ipad, delete the song and re-download, or deleted the app and re-install. These fix it at the moment, but it will happen again at a later date. Even on your website that's the answer for all of these issues. loopcommunity.com/en-us/faq/4/40 I've seen many other people complain about the same issues. I'll try again.
