Finally realized I’m ok. All those years I was scared of being myself. Never enjoyed myself and my life. In my own mind. Felt like a real loser. No confidence. Brought on depression and anxiety and self doubt. Now! Starting to realize I’m ok. Feeling better. Need no one except me. The rest now. Just flows. No over thinking as I did in my past. Really refreshing.😊 Been along road. Spiritually better.

Now I am reading Meditations and plan to l read Epictitus next .I greatly enjoy these shorts while working on my art , puts things in a proper perspective in the madness of todays media . You should write a book of Quotes or make a link to down load an print . Anyway thanks for the lessons , you have a fan here .

This is the pain that bothers me. Plus I need back surgery on l4 l5 and s1 S5. My first surgery was on l4 l5 back in 1991. There are documents where people that had the same injury before they won another night they was cleared fully disabled
So if I tell you my family didn't notify me when my mother passed away in September one of my brokers found out for me in December that she was no longer here. No one in my family call me two tell me she pass away.
Tell me what doctor prescribe white people with l4 l5 fully disabled before they go under the knife. I was released to regular activities 2 weeks after the surgery
So guess who was my beneficiary my mother. Since my mother have been sick my sister took over her estate power of attorney. So if I was to die today. It would go to my sister because I never changed my beneficiary of my mother
