Run out No. 1 (by Dhoni with his back to the Stumps) was the style that I have seen in Chepauk Stadium (in Chennai) Srinivas Venkataraghavan (standing in close-in fielding) deploying for relaying the ball to Wicket Keeper (without turning around and throwing) to provide extra time to Wicket Keeper and also to catch the Batsman unaware (as Batsman will be thinking that Fielder will take time by turning around and throwing to Wicket Keeper).
