Didn't live there, but I used to go to Bedford Oasis for a swim when I was kid. It was pretty cool. Slides, rapids, bubble pools. Fond memories.

This is so silly, even more so than usual. Firstly, there's no need to break into prison. The Astor's are unethical; I'm sure they would simply sell the relic in exchange for a modest sum of gold or... the life of their soon-to-be kidnapped heir?
Secondly, Bob would be overjoyed with valet duty. Park him on the ship, and have him follow the adventurer's around so transport is always available. He can be part of/employed by the guild without actually adventuring.
