Donal Trump Courtroom Artist Christine Cornell | One to One

For several decades, Christine Cornell, a New York City-based sketch artist, has been capturing the likenesses of the highest-profile figures embroiled in the American judicial system. Her subjects have included Martha Stewart, Bill Cosby, John Gotti, the architects of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, Woody Allen, and most recently, Donald Trump.
Ms. Cornell's work has been featured on television shows and in newspapers worldwide. Due to the prohibition of cameras in New York City courtrooms, her sketches have given the public rare visual insights into these high-profile cases and the individuals involved. Her artwork has even transformed her into a minor celebrity, with frequent requests for her to offer commentary on the challenges of covering such prominent trials and her objectives in rendering these sketches.
Through her skilled hand and keen observational abilities, Ms. Cornell has documented some of the most consequential legal proceedings in recent American history, preserving the images of those at the center of these nationally significant events for posterity.

Wow! What a fantastic interview. Miss McCarthy asked really great questions and Mis Cornell was so intricate yet poetic in her descriptions that I felt I was sort of immersed into one of her drawings and could feel the strokes she used on the paper. Well done ladies thank you!!
