Princess and the small dragon - A tale for the sleeping children

Tale text:
In a land far away, where the fairies play,
Lived a princess named May, who danced all day.
She had a best friend, a dragon so small,
With glittery wings and a golden ball.
They'd soar through the sky, both brave and so free,
Over mountains so high and under the sea.
One day they found, in a forest so deep,
A castle of dreams, where wishes don't sleep.
Inside was a king, with a heart full of cheer,
Who said, "Welcome, dear friends, I've been waiting right here."
He gave them a map, with a sparkle and gleam,
To a treasure so grand, it was more than a dream.
Through fields of bright flowers, and rainbows so wide,
They followed the map, with joy as their guide.
At last, they arrived, at a tree made of gold,
Where a secret was kept, a story untold.
The treasure they found, was not jewels or coins,
But laughter and love, and a song that joins.
They danced and they sang, 'neath the magical tree,
And lived happily ever, as friends full of glee.
