Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) returns in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Our friendly neighborhood Super Hero decides to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, Peter’s plan to leave super heroics behind for a few weeks is quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks. Spider-Man and Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) join forces to fight the havoc unleashed across the continent but all is not as it seems.

@@Philosophical24 no, they don't know Peter, all memories involving him is no more, did you actually watch the movie? Dr. Strange said it himself before casting the spell, "It's as if you never existed". Even his school records are gone, that's why by the end of the film, he's studying for the GED Test (an equivalent for a high school diploma if you never attended high school).

I think flash is the most accurate depiction of a modern school “bully” very weak on the inside and a clout chaser
I respect them doing something different with Flash but I still just could never get behind this version of the character 100%. The Amazing Spider-Man Flash is still the best im my opinion.
That’s exactly how I feel even as a Tom fan. I respect the twist on the character by having him bully Peter by ruining his social life rather than have him be physically intimidating but at the end of the day nothing can beat TASM Flash.

Tony Revolori actually got the voice and the attitude of Flash Thompson (like from Spectacular Series), he's slightly great with this even he's not buffed or fully-fit to the role lol.

They did my boy dirty in No Way Home. We had the perfect opportunity to have Flash mature and have a new dynamic with him and Peter, but he was the same (great) piece of shit from the last films. Tony Revolori is great as the character.

Flash in the Andrew Garfield was atleast a decent person. He was the first person to ask Peter if he was okay after uncle ben’s death
That would have forced too much character development. We’ve already spent two movies establishing who he is, it would have been really forced to try and change that it the very last movie of that trilogy
@@ElizabethPayet People change when they're presented with new information. I think it ruins the character to not at least see him soften up towards Peter. His love for Spider-Man trumps his distaste for Peter, but they never really showed that.
@@Mrstobastoba people do change, I can agree with that, I’m just saying that it would have been a lot to push through in the last movie. If they had started with Far From Home, it would have been manageable, but trying to do it in the last movie would have just ended up taking too much screen time with no real payoff - Flash doesn’t help at all and is never mentioned at the end of the movie. I would have liked to see him change, I just think it would have been too rushed.
