It actually looks like she is using toe pick assistance and looks like she’s trying to minimize pre rotation. After the Olympics her jumps have a spring and more height thanks to toe pick assistance.

In the 20-21 season, in addition to working to stabilize the quads, Kamila tried to land 3A, during that season you can see progress in 3A. Perhaps due to the fact that she taught 4S and 3A at the same time, there were problems with these jumps that season, but gradually she stabilized both of these jumps. And this season also - not only to stabilize 4T, work was going on, but also on 3A.
One of the main reasons, I believe, why Kamila has been able to hold her ultra c elements is her legs! Have you seen how strong her legs are!!!? I’m sure her power-to-weight ratio is off the charts!! That’s why she is able to jump almost a foot off the ground when she does her 4T. (Just saw the replay in slow-motion, It's got to be higher than a foot!!) It really doesn’t matter how much weight she has gained cause it looks like she has gained strength in her legs too! Since her younger years she has always exercised her legs and even now.
