Just take any liquid lip (best is the little creamy formula but the dry one works too) mix it with glitter before applying, then apply it with an applicator. When it's almost dry smack your lips and there you go. Saved you $$$
That matches you the most out of all the lipsticks, i think it will look good when you Wear heavier makeup like eyeshadow, etc. (Incase and if not then add it to ur regular makeup)

I think the heat from the lips when rubbed together activates whatever they put in lip stick and makes it glittery.
A few years ago they had similar lipsticks from Essence for 3 Euros, even the color seems to be the same
