This is what I use to automate my rental bookings track my inventory, take credit card payments and more. I barley have to do customer quotes anymore. Bookings literally come in while I sleep at night!

It’s so hard to find employees that can think like the owner. It’s understandable because it’s not their passion but it’s confined to drive me nuts. That being said why not hire at least one other person to help you on weekends?

I believe he uses a company called Special Event Sales in Canada. They are about $1,800 for a 10x10 without sidewalls.
Celina has 10x10 cross cable tents for about $1,200 without side walls.
Aztec is who I use and most of the big players in the event space use but are definitely more expensive. But last 10 years or more and are great with replacement parts.
I’d trade 2 of those non-weekend dudes for 1 older guy who is hungry and wants to work. Maybe labor is hard to find there? Great video.

I can tell you in Canada cause you care way too much about employees over what your business actually needs. I have 6 employees and I don't care if they want to work weekends or not. Every employee has to work two weekends a month. Don't like it kick rocks. You can also hire part time weekend help.
