Glimmer's design as well as her attitude truly is novel. She really does seem to be Pneuma's child given her attitude, and not just Pyra's. Neverthless, FR really did good on her. Too bad it was so short that Glimmer's character development wasn't delved in too much.

She was angry at her dad because he didn't let her die... Just like her moms 😅

To be fair, Glimmer’s Japanese name is Kagiroi, which he name in Japanese characters can be read individually as Hikari Homura. Which are Mythra’s and Pyra’s names in Japanese. That makes me think that she is the daughter of both personalities of the Pneuma core, be it that she was born from one of the personalities or not. She is daughter of both of them in practice.

I prefer the idea that pyras Child inhetents the mannerisoms of mythra and mythras Child inherents the mannerisoms of pyra
Also i have a hunch that mythras Child is male

I think Glimmer is only Pyra's child and not the fusion of the Aegis's children. We see in the picture three children: first might be Mio, second has a red hair and third has blond hair. If Glimmer is the fusion of the red and blond, than why Glimmer's hair is only red and not combined red-blond? If red happened to be dominant, why is that the case? Shouldn't it be blond because Mythra is stronger and the "original half"?
There is another common theory that Rex's wives raised each other's kids. Glimmer looks more like Pyra but with Mythra's attitude. Mio is very likely to be Nia's daughter, but has personality closer to Pyra's. Mythra's kid in theory should have Nia's personality.
Now here is an interesting bit that might put this theory to rest: Na'el. First to note: we know she is Mio's grand-grand-daugher which means she has confirmed Gormotti ancestory. Thing is, she is the only Gormotti with an English accent and not Welsh like other Gormotti. It makes sense since she was raised by non-Gormotti and picked up the local dialect, accent is a taught trait. Mio however does have a Welsh accent, which means a Gormotti had to be her primary influencer growing up, more specifically Nia. If Pyra was her primary influencer, Mio would have an American accent. Rex's kids grew up together, but with their own respective mothers as their role model.

I think if Glimmer is a fusion, it would be an imperfect fusion. Similar to how Aionios isn't exactly a proper fusion of the Bionis and Alrest. I actually made a two-part video on the topic of the potential fusion theory if you want to check them if you haven't already, and I would be happy to hear your thoughts. But whether she is a fusion or not, I do like the idea that the girls each had a hand in raising each other's kids that you mentioned which honestly sounds like something that would actually happen in that family.

Which character next? Well, you started with Glimmer, so I guess Nikol would be fitting. Could go backwards through the series after that.
What's the scope for these anyway, all characters or major characters? 'Cause there's probably a lot of things that can be talked about for each Blade in 2, like how they got their personalities, or how they came to look the way they do from types of Drivers they had in the past, etc.

Scope of characters is mostly focusing on main characters and the blades from 2.
