I just made these meatballs last night! Omg, so delicious! I didn’t have parsley so I used fresh cilantro. These are the best most flavorful meatballs I’ve ever had!
I’ve also made Fionas pasta and her almond cookies! The pasta is so yummy that even my husband who doesn’t like pasta (can you imagine?!) liked it!
I make the almond cookies with milk chocolate chips about every 2 weeks.
I freeze them and eat them hard with a hot cup of coffee. Fiona is a very talented cook! Looking forward to more recipes!
I am going to try making her sourdough bread next!
Thank you Fiona! You’ve made my quarantine much more enjoyable 😋

Is this beef or pork meat? I’m sure it can be any kind of meat but I am curious what you used.

Just to understand the logic behind these cooking-techniques: Why would you recommend to do them in the oven first instead of frying them in a large pan? (I would assume a pan would give them more browning and the cooking in the tomato sauce should be sufficient to cook them through)

there are many ways to cook meatballs I love using the oven as appose to frying them
