Losing Weight as a Diabetic on WW

Welcome to Weekly Weigh In! We paused these for a while since I was staying steading and there wasn't much to report. But! It's always helpful to share the journey and while there's been some new fluctuation in my weight loss journey we figured we'd start this series again!
If you're new here, hello! I'm Biz and I'm building a healthier lifestyle that's helped me get out of a toxic mindset with losing weight. I want to show others like myself that losing weight doesn't need to be dreadful and we can still enjoy delicious foods while on our weight loss journey. I have been on/off Weight Watchers since 1999, and over the past few years I've made a huge mindset shift that has made a huge difference in my approach to a healthier lifestyle. It's all about balance and consistency - so stick around if you'd like to see more! 🙂
