My Mom suggested my Dad and herself go to marriage counseling. My Dad didn't want to, but went anyway. Mom my soon wanted to quit going because the counselor wasn't taking her side and called her into question. I think for her and for most women, it depends on when there is a strong connection with the guy. Some couples need more time than others. If you go on dates regularly and talk on the regular, the sooner sex will be on the table.
