Jurin does it for me." lol So not only did they cut it. But they're keeping it buzzed for their current concept. I've seen some live stuff from their world tour. XG is about to blow the US away. Their English has gotten so much better talking to the audience. Juria and Hinata feel so much more confident on stage when they're alone. The rappers are performing like real MCs where they sound cristal clear and might be even better than most seasoned MCs with them sounding exactly the same live for their entire raps. Everytime I think they reached their final stage, they go up another rank and start levelling up yet again

Jurin Killin the Tokyo Drift double. Also, in the bar, she said, "Catch me in Tokyo rapping in a skirt. Are you catching my drift though." The catching my drift is another double. When a drift gets caught under a skirt, they usually have to catch it and hold it down. She's also delivering the bars like a G and confident, but like the words say, she's in a skirt, so on the opposite part of that, the drift is her being pretty and glamorous.

The thing most people seem to glance on by and not mention is the way Maya drops in like a super hero kickin up a cloud of dust. To me what is one of my favorite parts. Along with some of the hidden sound effects through out the song ;) Oh and I am 50 this october and I jam out to this in my car pretty much at least once a day haha. It is my going to work and driving home from work song.

I agree that XG is sounding confident very rather then cocky. Its refreshing to see that in a all female 3 language group, especially when their youngest Cocona was like 17 when this video was made. Their lyrics speak for themselves, they know theyre good and currently drag racing to the top. They're just so different and its addictive, they're so goofy and Cocona sounds so timid in her videos is amazing how dominant she is while rapping.
The development of this group was long and difficult on all the members, but Simon who made the group treated them well and they clearly look healthy and happy.
The golden voices of XG rapping is something else. 😮

XG came from a place of respect for the arts and craft a lot of modern pop-hip-hop these days turn me off cause they just look so performative rather than actually respecting the intricacies and the culture and history the art style it represent they put their money on the aesthetic and shallow lyrics that don't necessarily have a bar nor an unique flow like most artists these days don't even look like they believe what they are spewing, XG are very well trained I saw their interview they appriciate the culture and history music brings not just hip-hop but in other genre as well when an artist do art for the sake and love for the art it truly shows
You cant doubt these girls and their ability. They are the very best group on the planet

Also go look up "48 laws of Power" that Jurin mentions in her 2nd verse. It is a self help book about gaining and maintaining power basically. Good shit too. Also if you listen when Jurin says 6-4 you can hear the hydraulic squeek from a 64 impala. Lots of small things like that scattered through out. Like the spray can sound when Graffiti is mentioned.
Someone said their voices are dubbed because All their ‘live’ performances sound EXACTLY the same. Has anyone seen them rap off stage? I’ve heard their real voices and they don’t sound like their recordings. I love their songs and choreography. I’m a big fan I don’t want this to be a Millie Vanillie (sp) thing.
