CNC Wabeco F1410 Part 1 - How to make a machine worse!!!!!

Many know my videos about the modification of a Wabeco Sk30 milling head. However, on a Wabeco F1410 this modification did not bring any improvement. I am of course interested in why and that's why I got the machine in the workshop ;)
The machine was "improved" for a lot of money by a German master machine builder. Furthermore a modern CNC control was mounted and the axes were equipped with 400Watt servo motors.
Since Wabeco also seems to be interested in what went wrong, I was provided with a test video from Wabeco.
You can see how I disassemble the machine and check various components.
