    When I tell my clients to massage their facial skin(till neck) daily, They do not like the suggestion. But whoever agrees and follows, improves not only skin-wise but also health-wise. Attitude also becomes positive!
    By daily massaging we accelerate lymphatic circulation. Lymphatic is derived from Latin word, 'Lymphaticus', which means connected to water. Lymph is as clear as water.
    Our immunity depends on Lymphatic system, which carries white blood cells to the bones. In case of any infection increases in the body, the number of white blood cells also increases to fight the infection.
    Lymph drains all the toxins and waste out of the body through lymph nodes which are connected to two major ducts, namely: Thoracic Duct and Cysterna Chyla.
    Breath, Urine, Motion, Sweat are also outlets for lymphatic ducts to drain waste and toxins.
    Lymphatic cappilaries are placed immediately beneath the skin like veins. There are 600 to 700 Lymph nodes placed all over the body. Out of these 200 lymph nodes are placed on face and neck, 150 on breasts and a large number are placed in the abdomen.
    If your Lymphatic circulation is perfect , your health remains perfect. Your vital organs function properly. Your external beauty , figure also gets benefitted. The amount of bloating you see on your face, around tummy is somewhat due to slowing down of Lymphatic drainage procedure.

    4) Leave simple sugar completely. Rely on complex sugar. Leave fruit juice , prefer fresh fruits. Say no to tinned food, white refined flour, sugar free tablets, fried food, low cost food.
    5) Eat plenty of green vegetables: To get adequate chlorophyll to help purify blood and lymph.
    6) Eat raw, unsalted nuts.
    Last but most important:
    Raise your beds from the foot ends by 3-6 inches. The constant daytime downward pull on our bodies is the cause of ageing. Body cells become weak and body tissues begin to sag downwards. Even our bones begin to shrink. Thus you need to get your head lower than your heart for few hours a day. To reverse the process of ageing, raise your bed from foot ends.
