Imo, that was the best match of that tournament, better than even the final. My favorite point is the one against roger Federer in Wimbledon 08 in the fifth set that made it 7-7. Not filled with crazy circus shots or dead runs, but it was just brilliant shot making in a moment of extreme pressure.
I wouldn’t say scared. Rafa is a bit OCD, bottles should be perfectly aligned with labels facing the court. The ball kid took care to make sure he got it right.

Thank you Vamos Rafa for posting this wonderfully delightful collection of video clips. I enjoyed it immensely. And of course I came away once again with the realization that I don't think anyone in tennis is as down to earth, unaffected, authentic and just incredibly humble as Rafa. The thing that always amazed me about Rafa is that he spent a large part of his early career always playing second fiddle to Roger ( both in losing in finals, other than RG, and also in the media) and he always handled it with such poise and grace. He was in the spotlight for a while as number one and then Djokovic came along-through it all he continues to remain just such a nice person. He has added just so much to the tennis world.
it amazes me too how/why Rafa contented himself being no2 to federer... despite the way he would crush him in RG...and poor chap was unable to quell Djokovic... very sad...
Oh! goodness he says he loves the shouts that people give him... and the girls' whistles... give him a great feeling... what a lovely chap he is... so honest about his inner self... so positive about his experiences... people get so whiny if someone with a mic asks them questions about a different experience or their difficult situations... this kid goes ga ga about everything that the game does to him or the people do to him...he never complains to the press-wallas...Rafa is such a different sort of celebrity... gives a lesson to those old men who are asking him these idiotic questions... they all hide their feelings and store their secrets away... whereas Rafa opens his heart...
