This will be my 3rd go-round with the 2nd series and something finally hit me!!!! I love how Lyrias story [ especially in Dark Age ] helps to mythologize all the characters from the 1st series, and give us the same feeling we would get from reading stories of Greek Hero's of our own Mythology, but WHAT MAKES THIS AMAZING IS. Darrow and Company aren't Myth to us, we know them for real because theyve been fleshed out for 6 books they are flesh and blood to us. its such a treat, and genius if PB planned it that way.
On my 5th book for the 2nd time. The book resonates with a lot of what is going on and it is Truly amazing how Pierce brought it to life on these pages❤ can’t wait for book 7
