I made this today for my father as a father's day treat and he loved it. It was really very tasty. We all loved it. Thank you chef Kunal 🙏🏻 for this recipe. Another master stroke by you in simple, tasty and memorable dishes.
Instead of saffron leaves we cn use saffron powder it adds flavour as well as colour. Thus making it completely natural. Loved ur receipe. Gonna try it soon ❤️❤️
Tried it yesterday itself...my dad couldn't even recognize it was made from bread...Tastes so much close to the actual rasmalai.. It was delicious...Thanks chef for this awesome recipe..

Can you store it for a day or two ir does the bread gets dissolved or anything?

Did you put any additional sugar in it or something? I thought sugar was missing from the milk preparation, or did it turn out well without sugar?
