доброе утро, мне нужна подсказка от вас, у меня есть принтер Kyocera M3145idn, покупатель купил его новым, при запуске прервал запуск машины и не загрузил порошок в фотобарабан, и теперь машина не запускается, при включении ничего не срабатывает, только появляется сообщение о том, что тонер не распознан, есть способ сбросить его, чтобы вернуться к заводским настройкам. или какую-то процедуру я могу сделать, чтобы он снова загрузился?

Вы не можете сбросить эту ошибку. Просто установите правильный тонер с правильным чипом, и копировальный аппарат заработает самостоятельно.
